In our online shop, you can define the design of the seat or back cushion and the colour of the swivel base depending on the model. However, these options are only a small, frequently requested selection of the configuration options.
We manufacture each armchair individually. This means that alternative materials and colours are possible at any time, even from batch size 1 for the outer shell, for the backrest cover, for the seat and backrest cushions and for the base frames. We also regularly realise embroidery or logo stickers. Just ask us!
Do the products need to be assembled?
No, lillus seating furniture is shipped fully assembled. In Germany, shipping is carried out with lento full service wherever possible: Your seating furniture is unpacked on site, transported to its destination, set up ready for use including disposal of the packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you any guarantee for a subsequent change to the order. As a rule, it is possible for us to intervene in the production process as long as production of the seating furniture has not yet begun. We therefore ask you to contact us immediately as soon as you realise that something needs to be changed to the order after it has been placed.

As a business customer it may be also possible to lease or rent our products. Please contact us, and we will check availability in your country and provide you with a suitable offer.
Shipping within Germany is completely free of charge.
For all other countries, we request the current shipping and customs costs for each individual order. Please contact us.
Yes, if you like, you can also collect the seating furniture from us in person by making an individual appointment. Or hire a haulage company of your choice. Get in touch with us!
Uncomplicated, stress-free and free of charge. Your lillus seating furniture is usually delivered in Germany with lento full service. This means that they are transported to their final destination fully assembled, unpacked and set up. Our shipping service providers even take the packaging material with them. However, we cannot guarantee this service in all cases.

We generally deliver worldwide.
However, delivery costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please just ask us. We will then obtain a quote and send you the terms and conditions for shipping for your individual order.
The delivery time depends on the model, design, current production capacity utilisation and delivery location. It usually takes around 5 to 6 weeks from order to delivery within Germany.
The delivery time abroad depends on several factors and is specified by us individually and order-related. Please contact us for more information!
You will receive an order confirmation for each order, stating the planned delivery week (calendar week). Shipping is carried out by a forwarding agent. As soon as your lillus seating furniture leaves our warehouse, the forwarding agent will contact you by telephone, inform you of the next steps and notify you of the specific delivery date. On the day of delivery, the respective drivers will call you again before arrival.
Please contact us immediately and send us pictures of the damage. We will then process your complaint within 14 days and inform you of the next steps. We will cover all shipping costs relating to your complaint.
