When placing an order with the payment method “purchase on account,” you receive your order first and must pay for the goods by bank transfer within 14 or 30 days, depending on the specific payment terms.
For selected countries (Netherlands, Austria, France, Sweden as of June 2024), payment on account is available via the “Billie” payment service. This requires a successful credit check by our payment service provider. If the check is successful, the payment is processed in cooperation with “Billie.”
For countries where “Billie” is not yet available for purchase on account, we will verify the availability of this payment method ourselves. To choose this payment method, a security check needs to be performed, which is why we cannot offer payment on account to all customers. Typically, we require a partial payment in advance.
Advance payment (also prepayment or cash in advance) is a contractual condition that requires the buyer to pay the purchase price before the seller begins to make the contractual goods delivery. This means that the customer undertakes advance performance, i.e. pays in advance and we then send the goods.

Use instead of buy! We make furnishing easier for you with furniture leasing or rental. Because you don’t buy. You only pay small monthly installments for use.
Leasing concepts have become indispensable, especially in the commercial sector: vehicle fleets, computers, photocopiers, coffee machines … Leasing has long since replaced the classic purchase. And there is no reason not to apply this proven concept to furniture! After all, furnishing rooms is also associated with high acquisition costs: Projects that are often postponed or not realized at all in hectic or financially strained times.
